Orchestra performs at school board meeting

High school students perform in a string orchestra and choir before the start of the Westerville School Board meeting at Central High School. The board meeting was to discuss, in addition to normal business, how to make financial cuts after a tax levy that would have raised $23 million failed forcing the board to close some programs. Music, sports and some busing are among the proposed cuts.
