Drainage system installation flooded
Workers excavate a walkway to add a pump system for a bike path adjacent to a small creek that frequently overflows its banks flooding the path. The hole digging process was complicated by a heavy storm several days earlier that covered the hole and path in several feet of water damaging pieces of equipment and slowing the crew’s progress.
