Small Business Football Saturday
Dave Talbot makes floral arrangements in the back room of his flower shop in Uptown Westerville while he watches the Ohio State-Michigan game on a small television at the edge of his work room. Talbot is one of the many small business people who work during the annual football rivalry and can only get their sports news during the game on a television in their business.
