Christmas decorations go up early this year
A Christmas wreath is placed on the guard shack as workers install decorations at the entrance to Westerville Reserve on Maxtown Road. Installers are seeing an early beginning to the Christmas season with decoration installations beginning in late October for home, businesses, and communities.
